Bridging people and strategy

TPG specialises in supporting leaders and organisations to transform strategy into actions, results and motivated employees. Together with the customer, we create tailor made programs to suit their specific needs. Being in the business since 1988, we have a rich collection of experiences and learnings to build on. All the same, we aim to see each new client situation as the unique setting it is – and approach it with enthusiasm, concern and new ideas.

Co-creation, interaction and energy are key words for how we work. Co-creation means that we will never show up in a first meeting with a proposal to a program or a process. We may suggest elements in it and an overall objective, as we have understood it. But we respect the deep knowledge the clients have of their own situation and believe the best result is achieved when we develop solutions together. This approach ensures ownership, maximum learning for everyone involved – in short; more value for money.

Interaction refers to our techniques to engage leaders and employees throughout our program. We limit preaching and presentations to a minimum and focus on designing formats that involve the participants, build on their strengths and give them the possibility to contribute and learn from each other. We see our role both as facilitators and experts and use our skills in asking questions to get people involved and think for themselves.

Interaction creates energy. All our work, including workshops and coaching, has energy as a fundamental part. Our consultants are energetic people, with a passion to share this energy and create movement.
