Managing The Performance Group is a joint effort. Our executive management team consists of capable professionals who bring strong leadership and wide-ranging expertise to the company. They are dedicated to The Performance Group's principles and goals and committed to strengthening and facilitating the growth for our staff while maintaining an active client focus.

The Performance Group has a board of directors which acts as a pro active body in the governance of the company. The board has in addition to the formal roles and responsibilities set forth in Norwegian Corporate Law, a clear responsibility to set the strategic direction for the company, challenge every day management on business development issues and compliance with agreed strategies.
