The Performance Group has a board of directors which acts as a pro active body in the governance of the company. The board has in addition to the formal roles and responsibilities set forth in Norwegian Corporate Law, a clear responsibility to set the strategic direction for the company, challenge every day management on business development issues and compliance with agreed strategies.
The board consists at present of one non-executive members in addition to shareholder representatives. 2 out of 6 board members are women, and 4 nationalities are represented.
