Managing The Performance Group is a joint effort. Our executive management team consists of capable professionals who bring strong leadership and wide-ranging expertise to the company. They are dedicated to The Performance Group's principles and goals and committed to strengthening and facilitating the growth for our staff while maintaining an active client focus.

As Chairman of the Board,
Harald Korn is responsible for establishing procedure to govern the Board's work and ensure the Board's full realization of its duties. Harald is also responsible for business development and key account management.
Tone Sandahl and
Kjetil Ørbeck are jointly responsible for the oversight of strategic direction as well as the leadership and development of The Performance Group’s staff.
As Operations Manager,
Camilla Becker is responsible for the oversight of all daily operations for The Performance Group, including recruiting, finance, planning and marketing.
