Annette Sett Gjessing joined The Performance Group in 1996, after having spent 15 years in different countries, both for educational as well as job purposes.

Annette holds and MBA from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Over the years, her real interest and focus has developed from the “pure business aspects” (strategy development, marketing and organisational thinking) towards how the people in organisations are enabled to use their energy and competence in the best possible way. She is convinced that that is what determines business success. Key words here are communication and interrelations. Annette’s favourite projects are the ones where she can work with clients in a multicultural setting.

Annette has been leading projects with large international companies, giving her the challenge of both supporting management teams in their development as well as being a sparring partner to separate management team members.

Annette is married with one child and lives in Asker, Norway.
