Camilla Becker is the Operations Manager of The Performance Group and she is also part of the management team, as well as beeing a consultant in the Company.   She is responsible for all administrative and general management matters.

Camilla graduated in Business Administration at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland in 1985. She has a broad marketing and management experience from various positions in Orkla Brands and as Managing Director of a daughter company in Orkla Media, as Director of the book clubs in J.W Cappelens forlag (book publisher) and as Director of marketing and communication in SOS Children’s Villages Norway. Camilla is a member of the control committee in a finance institution.

Living in Oslo, Camilla is married and has two children.
