Elisabeth has broad experience in HR and has worked within the field for twenty years. Her professional career consists of management positions in a variety of knowledge intensive organisations such as Gyldendal Norsk Forlag AS and the University of Oslo. She comes to TPG from a position as HR-Director at the University of Oslo.
Elisabeths main professional areas of interest include strategic HR, recruiting, knowledge management, leadership development, organisational development, working environments and organisational cultures.
Her formal education is from The Norwegian School of Management (BI), with a major in Organisation and Management. Additionally she has later taken Masters level courses specialising in Consulting. Elisabeth also attended the Solstrand Management Program in 2007/2008.
Elisabeth lives in Oslo with her husband and her son. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.
