Gerd Beate Vik leads the internal work of conceptualizing The Performance Group’s wide range of products and services. Her key areas of focus are organisational change processes, communications and team building.

She holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Oslo, with a specialisation in institutional and organisational theory for the public sector.

Before joining The Performance Group, Gerd worked as a communications advisor and HR consultant at IKEA, focusing on internal communication and organisational development.

In her spare time she enjoys both the cultural and outdoors life of Oslo, as well as cooking and subsequently trying to jog the calories away.

Gerd lives in Frogner in Oslo, with her husband, where she always keeps the door open to friends and family.
