Harald Korn is a major shareholder and the chairman of the board in The Performance Group (TPG) as well as working full time in the company. He manages some of the major TPG key accounts and has during the last seven years been responsible for transformation processes with leading European multinationals. The nature of his projects include strategic analysis and strategic planning, global restructuring and implementation, business process (re) engineering, leadership development and coaching.

Alternating between line management and management consulting, Harald has built up extensive expertise in a number of areas. As a consultant he has worked with change processes, strategy formation, mergers & acquisitions and coaching of senior executives. His line management positions have included top positions in finance, logistics and executive management. He has also been in charge of a number of projects revolving around "Learning Organisations" and the leveraging of Knowledge in medium-sized and large organisations.

He joined The Performance Group in 1997, leaving the position as a Managing Director of a medium-sized Norwegian company within the field of Electronics and Telecommunications.

He has his formal education from The Norwegian School of Management (BI), with a major in Shipping Management.

Harald Korn is married with 3 children, and lives in Asker, Norway.
