Kjetil is a major shareholder, and a consultant in the company. He has participated in and led change and implementation processes with leading Scandinavian and European multinationals. The projects include strategic planning and execution, local and global restructuring and implementation, performance improvement processes, leadership development and coaching.
Alternating between line management and management consulting, Kjetil has built up extensive expertise in a number of areas. In addition to the consulting experience described above, his line management positions have included mid and top positions in finance, business development, marketing and executive management. He has also been a part of multi-company projects revolving around “sustainable strategies” and “environments conducive to breakthrough”.
He joined The Performance Group in 1997, leaving a position as a Director and senior consultant at a major Norwegian advertising agency and communications bureau.
From October 2006 to December 2007, Kjetil took leave of absence from the Performance Group to fulfill a long time dream. He led NRK’s 2007 Telethon in Norway on behalf of UNICEF and Norwegian Sports Association and Olympic Committee and Right To Play. Kjetil and his team achieved a national record of 238 Mill NOK. The money will support programs for children affected by HIV/AIDS worldwide.
Kjetil is currently Managing Director at NKI Nettstudier, and a board member at TPG.
Kjetil has a Masters of business and economics from The Norwegian School of Management (BI).
He is married with 3 children and lives in Oslo, Norway.
