Rita Landström is a professional Sales Manager with many years experience from strong players in the Norwegian media industry. This background provided solid competence in the theory and practice of people management in a performance environment.

Rita is well versed in all areas of sales from the strategic to the operative where her ‘hands-on’ experience is second to none. Sales training and recruitment are two specialist areas as are steering and following up of sales campaigns.

She combines analytical skills, planning, and strong people skills, the three main components of performance management in sales. She has solid experience with a mix of sales channels from telemarketing to field sales and key account management, and has personal experience from the major roles in a sales environment: salesperson, sales leader, sales manager, and sales trainer.
