Thomas Nesset Midelfart is an organisational psychologist from the University of Oslo with a specialization in systemic-cognitive psychology. His key areas of focus are team development, leadership development and coaching.
Thomas is responsible for the team development competence in TPG, and is working with management team development at all levels. He is also engaged in research on management team effectiveness at the University of Oslo, focusing on how to create high performing management teams.
Earlier in his career Thomas was a member of the national cycling team, and he has represented Norway in both European and World Championships. In 2006 he was second in one of the world’s toughest competitions, the Norseman Xtreme Triathlon. His experience as a top athlete has given him a strong capability to stay focused and to appreciate the value of teamwork.
Thomas lives in Bærum with his wife and two children, and enjoys exercising and spending time with friends and family.
