Tone has been co-Managing Director of The Performance Group since 2006. She is now the Managing Director.  She started with The Performance Group in 2000 as a consultant.  Tone has been engaged in various projects within the areas of leadership development, organisational development, strategic implementation and technological cultivation.

Tone has worked within several industries and markets. However, she obtained substantial experience in the media industry and within the fields of research and innovation. This experience includes a management-for-hire position within a leading Norwegian media firm from 2004-2005.

Tone holds a Ph.D. in Informatics from the University of Oslo. She was a leader at the University Centre of Information Technology before joining TPG. Earlier in her career, she was a researcher at the Department of Informatics at the University of Oslo. After she finished her doctoral thesis she took some certification courses at the NorwegianSchool of Management.

In her spare time, she loves to mountain bike and to invite family and friends for dinner. Nobody makes fish dishes better than her :-)
