This agreement continues the practice of the past years where consultants from TPG have held sessions with titles as diverse as “Consulting”, “Working in Cross Cultural Teams” and “Boss or Buddy; The Leadership Dilemma”. The portfolio of MBA courses at BI has expanded to include fulltime and executive courses and both parties felt that a more planned approach to these efforts was needed. The agreement expands the sessions with a new one, “Competence Management” which is tailored especially for the executive MBA course. TPG prides itself on avoiding the traditional lecturing style of delivery by making the sessions as interactive as possible and fostering a climate of experience sharing and learning which is entirely in keeping with the way we work with our clients.
