Leaders' Dialogue

Leaders need a space to think and reflect. Through thinking together with leaders from other areas, they often gain new insights that can be of considerable value to their organizations.

Such insights cannot be forced. However, in a creative and reflective atmosphere together with the right people new insights come into being.

The purpose of our Leaders' Dialogue is to find and release more of the vast potential in people that has extensive experience as leaders and fellow human beings.

Scope

You are invited to a group of 15 senior executive leaders that meet four times a year for up to one and a half days per quarter at various inspiring places.

Process

The Leaders' Dialogue is built on the basic concepts that The Performance Group stands for and that apply in client work, with dialogue, acknowledgement, effective questions, reflection and language itself as central principles. The gatherings are lead and facilitated by our experienced senior consultants.

Themes may include

  • The anatomy of power - and how do we use power wisely in the knowledge industry

  • People and change - how do we combine the two?

  • Leadership, leadership processes and leadership development - what could be an holistic approach?

  • How can we reinforce our knowledge process through dialogue?
