An experienced consultant within organisational change and people development, Andreas Wettre has experience in assessing both single candidates and management groups and has been working as a head-hunter for several years.

His previous position was as the managing director of the Norwegian branch of Hudson Global Resources. During this time he established the company in the Norwegian market for outplacement, coaching and talent management.

Starting out as an engineer, Andreas moved into managerial roles in several companies developing technical solutions for major industrial clients across Europe. Having achieved a Master of Management degree in 1999, he then became a full time management consultant. He has many years experience as a coach with a focus on competence development.

Living at Majorstuen in Oslo, Andreas is married and has a son. He is a keen yachtsman frequently to be seen racing his boat in local regattas.
