As a company we do not believe that it is enough to stay current. We believe in the need to be one step ahead - to participate actively where new thoughts and ideas are developed. This is part of the leading edge we bring to the table in the interaction with our clients. It is very much part of what makes The Performance Group spin and we have a long tradition in undertaking own research and empiric studies linked to subjects at the centre of our services. Our ideas is part of who we are. Our ideas is part of our past, our present and our future.

As part of our research, The Performance Group has made a number of studies on a variety of subjects - all linked to improving performance in organisations. Most of these studies have been funded by us, and developed to increase our own knowledge base and frame of reference.

As an integral part of our consortia work, The Performance Group has produced reports on the consortia findings and conclusions - all in a close co-operation with the participating companies. The consortia are of an exploratory nature, and these reports were not meant to be "stand alone" research documentation. Some are, but some also have the trait of being a summary of conclusions or a capture of the exploration itself. Some consortia did not produce reports.

Some of our Study material has proven to be Book material. All our books revolve around the theme Breakthrough Performance through People. One of our books has recently been translated into Chinese and published for sale through bookstores in China.

As a company, The Performance Group encourages our people to actively take part in public debate and contribute with lectures and publications. Some of our employees have written (or co-written) books on topics that are close to the heart and soul of The Performance Group, and some of these books draw upon the knowledge and experience base that The Performance Group posesses.

We publish our articles in our News section. When the articles are no longer "news", but still have a value to us and to our work, we retain them in this section.
